Tahnee Pearse is the Associate Director, Content in Library Services at the University of Southern Queensland. She has worked in the library and information services sector for over twenty years in university, special, school, state and public library settings. Tahnee’s library career has included management roles overseeing the delivery of information and access services, storage, description and dissemination of information, copyright service provision and client focussed information literacy programs. She has a keen interested in improving accessibility to content through holistic approaches which at the core aim at enabling library staff and clients. She is committed to the open access movement and has recently been involved in the University of Southern Queensland becoming the first member of the Open Textbook Network in Australia.
